Healthy Tacos!
Instead of going out, trying staying in and having a taco night! Tacos are SUPER easy to make “clean” and healthy!
- I get low-carb, whole-wheat tortillas from La Tortilla Factory. They’re delicious and only about 50 calories per tortilla.
- Also pick up some boneless/skinless chicken breast, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, salsa or hot sauce, and whatever other veggies you like!
- You can sautee the veggies in a little bit of olive oil or water and season the chicken with no-sodium fajita seasoning.
They are absolutely delicious! Give them a try! =)
I am so mad at myself. But I’m promising myself that if I work my ass off this whole entire week and feel as sore as possible every day, I’ll treat myself to some retail therapy after.
I look like I’m 3 fucking months pregnant or something. WTF. I haven’t been eating terrible either. Not as clean as I’d like but I’m home working crazy hours.
I was in such a big funk last week. I had absolutely no motivation to go to the gym, no desire to even half-ass at the gym and really just felt down about my body overall. So, I took 5 days off, two of which would have been off days becaue I was going to be home working. But over the weekend I suddenly started feeling so much more confident about my body. I went to the gym Tuesday and Wednesday and will be going later today (if not I’ll workout on my own in my room) but I don’t know, I just feel fantastic!
